Sarah & Andy have called Forsyth County home for about 60 years combined. Both of them attended Forsyth County Schools throughout their elementary, middle, and high school educations. Nobody knows this North Georgia community better than the Coleman’s, which is exactly why they choose to raise their family of five in the Coal Mountain area of North Forsyth. Real estate is a family tradition that dates back to the 1960’s when Andy’s grandparents, Jack & Jackie Coleman had very successful careers as a homebuilder and Realtor. Jackie Coleman was awarded numerous accolades as a top Realtor on Lake Lanier, and growing up around this is one of the reasons we are so passionate about this industry. As a Forsyth Central High School alumnus, Sarah knows this community inside and out, and has always been known as the sweet spirited girl that never met a stranger. Her ability to build relationships with clients is unsurpassed in the real estate industry. This carries over in her ability to negotiate terms with all parties involved in a transaction. Her expertise in sales and contract negotiation dates back to her time as director of marketing and an outside sales representative for a software company. Even before she began her career in sales, helping to manage a high end day spa fostered her impeccable customer service skills. As a lead consultant in her and her husband’s technology firm, Sarah learned first hand the value of a contract and how to negotiate with attorneys, landlords, executive boards, and clients alike. In 2014, the realization that she was born to sell residential real estate led her to becoming a Realtor. She hit the ground running, and in her first year as a full time agent, Sarah led all of Dawson County for sales volume in the 4th quarter. Real estate is her passion. The relationships she is able to build with each client has reaffirmed that she is doing what she was born to do.

You’d be hard pressed to find more of a “Georgia Boy” than Andy. As a multi-generation Forsythian, he attended K-12 within the county. As a member of the first 4-year graduating class of North Forsyth High School, he has seen our community transform from what was a very small rural town, to one of the most sought after places to live in America. After high school, Andy attended the University of Georgia where he graduated with honors, earning a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems. From there, his journey has been one that has prepared him to have immense success in the real estate industry. His career path includes, purchasing coordinator, web developer, data analyst, marketing director, consulting, and a long stint as a middle and high school teacher in the areas of mathematics, computer science, and marketing & entrepreneurship. While teaching, he obtained a master’s degree in secondary education. All along the path, the passion for real estate and development never escaped his dreams of one day making that a full time enterprise. Andy’s community involvement is impeccable. He has served as a DECA, FBLA, & FCA advisor, elected member of the Local School Council, and spent countless hours involved in planning and development issues within the local government of Forsyth County. There are very few people who know the North Georgia development scene as well as Andy, and specifically when it comes to Forsyth County. Andy has spent countless hours and obtained certifications in the industry of marketing and advertising over the past decade, and has had unprecedented success carrying this over to the real estate marketing world. Realtors from all over the area are continuously reaching out to him to ask for advice and enlist his expert opinion and services. Those that know him will tell you that one of the best ways to describe him is as a professional & family man with unparallelled work ethic that always, always, always is led by just simply doing “what’s right” by all those around him.
